Every day is always a new day

I find new things every single day on the internet. I used to be a computer illiterate. I probably still am but ever since I started blogging - very recent and for some right timing the blogs has volcanoed into the next big thing on the web. With google and yahoo opening their blog searches, wow! the world web went into another level.

I started to learn about all this feed and xml stuff - no idea what it means or work but I do know how to use it and man! Newspaper.. phoeey... don't need.. not that I ever read it! hahaha I'm such a lazy person I hardly read the newspaper. I also used to not know about technology. A friend is my only update and she'd make fun of me for not knowing.

She msged me today about the ipod nano and the ipod video coming up soon and I was like hey I knew about that last week or was it a few weeks back. I was like hey...could it be I know about all this tech stuff.. and I learnt all this from blogs... How cool is that! I learn new stuff every single day.. and little stuff like this makes life worth living..

For fun, if you feel bored or feel like you want to taking out your frustrations and anger. You can pick a photo and change the shape of the face. It's very simple, too simple.. that I laughed by myself playing around with it. Take your frustrations on Simon Cowell or Mariah Carey,

OPRAH's 20th Anniversary Box DVD Set

OMG! OMG! I'm so exicted! Thrilled! Esctatic! OMG! OMG! Oprah has a Oprah 20th Anniversary DVD Collection to be released on November 12th 2005. I can't wait!

Hi it's been a long time since I've blogged! aaaaa been so tired... but relieved at the same time. I managed to spend time with my cousin and my niece. I finished one book today! Yeah! Man it's been awhile since I am able to even finish any book. I'm starting on some new self study course yeah for fun.. good thing I can do at my leisure time. It's good to have a break once in awhile and get back to do stuff better and clearer.

I have great admiration for this lady. At 15 she's not only turning pro in golf but she's also making $10 million a year from nike and sony! Wow!

Happybefree Moment for her today,

She is a role model! She didnt turn pro overnight. She didnt become successful overnight! She sacrified most of her life to be where she is now. She start playing golf at the age of 4!

I always believe all good things come in years.. Not overnight and Michelle is proof of this.

Sometimes its unfair and it sux. When you feel so low so depressed, just down in the dumps that no one can help you but yourself. Its so annoying at times that when you search for happiness that when really realise it again and again and again that YOU yourself just have to DECIDE TO BE HAPPY!

DECIDE TO BE HAPPY!

Do whatever works for you. Jump up and down like crazy, run around the block, play hula loops..

Found this on the internet and its so true! Another realisation for me.

You can't blame it on anyone else, and no one else can do a thing for you. You've just got to decide to be happy, whether or not your logical mind thinks it is rational to be happy and whether or not your moral sense thinks you deserve to be happy. You absolutely will not be happy for any length of time until you decide to, and if you decide to, you can be happy in the face of the most miserable circumstances.

I'm happeist when I'm with my family because they teach new things. There was a time when we had a big lunch and my auntie taught me how to eat crabs the messy way hahaha! From knowing which ones are male and female to opening the crab shell and squishing the crab meat.

So often I search the internet for ways to be happy. I thought maybe if I read enough of how to be happy I will be. Reading does help as it gives us an idea but like Tony Robbin always say if you want to change - you can change in an instant! So for me to be happy I can just decide to be happy. This is it! This is my journey to find happiness in every little thing I do or see or view or hear or smell or touch.

First of all God gave us life and the first thing we should be happy about is OUR LIFE - that we are alive; that we are truly grateful to be able to experience life. Its how we want our life to be is our choice. Each and everyone of us are given choices. Its how we decide to choose our life determines our fate!

So I dedicate this blog to the journey of Happiness and be able to share with all of you my happiness and for all of you to come and share with me. I'd really like to hear your stories. People from all over the world are welcome to email me and share your HappyBeFree story. I will try my best to post your story. Who knows we will become good friends.. I'd like that! A smile on my face as I am writing.

Just a quick one - I was driving in town and stop at the traffic light to see this lady in bright pink and a blind man with bright green shirt. This is the not the first time I saw them. I've seen them probably a couple of times walking aroung town. I always see the lady holding hands with the blind guy guiding him everywhere. Holding hands and never letting go no matter the situation (in this case the guy is blind and helpless-looking), to me is a sign of commitment and dedication to each other and I see happiness in them. They might not look well off but they have each other always holding hand. Now that is a happybefree moment for me today.

Acres of Diamond

I love this story so much that I apply it to my daily life. Though I keep having to remind myself.

.....The story was about a farmer who lived in Africa and through a visitor became tremendously excited about looking for diamonds. Diamonds were already discovered in abundance on the African continent and this farmer got so excited about the idea of millions of dollars worth of diamonds that he sold his farm to head out to the diamond line. He wandered all over the continent, as the years slipped by, constantly searching for diamonds, wealth, which he never found. Eventually he went completely broke and threw himself into a river and drowned.

Meanwhile, the new owner of his farm picked up an unusual looking rock about the size of a country egg and put it on his mantle as a sort of curiosity. A visitor stopped by and in viewing the rock practically went into terminal convulsions. He told the new owner of the farm that the
funny looking rock on his mantle was about the biggest diamond that had ever been found. The new owner of the farm said, "Heck, the whole farm is covered with them" - and sure enough it was!
